Drunken Neighbor Drill

Named after an episode of the Simpsons in which Homer was saying the grass was greener on Ned Flanders' side of the fence, to which Marge replied, that it was because he kept passing out on the lawn. There were dead spots all over the place, shaped like Homer.

The Drill:

You find a perminant starting position (i.e. flat rock, inline with an object etc.), and place a flat, heavy, stable object (i.e. concrete slab, garden tile etc.) an easily achievable distance from the starting point (ex. 4 feet), and do 100 precision jumps to that object everyday, until the grass dies underneath the tile, at which point, you move the object out, directly bordering the dead spot, do 100 precision jumps a day at that distance, continue doing so, every single day, and eventually, jumps of several feet can be achieved.
